Cancellation & Waiting Time Policy

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs.
No charge
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no charge.
50% charge
Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged at 50% of the quoted fare.
Full charge
Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice, or where the passenger fails to arrive or make contact with the chauffeur, will incur the full quoted fare.
Waiting Time Policy
We allow a generous grace period for all bookings. Beyond this, waiting time is charged to account for the chauffeur's time and vehicle availability.
10-minute grace period
Complimentary waiting time is included for all bookings — at airports, hotels, private residences, and commercial addresses.
Charged waiting time
Any waiting time past the 10-minute grace period is charged at $75 per hour (pro-rata to the nearest 15 minutes).
Weddings & Special Events
Weddings, formals, and special event bookings may carry stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly advised and agreed upon at the time of booking and will supersede the standard policy where applicable.
